2 eggs well-beaten one tsp. grated lemon rind
one one/2 tsp. honey or raw or brown Dash of nutmeg

Cream of Fish Soup
one lb. lean fish 12-18 peppercorns
4 cups cold water one/2 bay leaf
one stalk celery vi tbsp. millet meal
3 sprigs parsley, chopped one cup green peas
one onion, sliced 2 cups carrots, diced
one carrot 3 tbsp. butter
Salt 2 cups hot milk

2½ tsp. butter one/eight tsp. dry mustard (optional)
